Clarkson Builders recently completed drainage and landscaping work at my property and I’m delighted with the outcome. Tom and his team completed the work while we were away on holiday, and the high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail really impressed. They also left the site very clean and tidy.
Part of the landscaping work involved relaying approx. 35 sq metres of Yorkshire stone flags, some of which are over 5ft in length and difficult to manhandle. I am very happy with the way tom has relayed the flags and the area now looks great.

Tom has been looking after the roofs on a couple of my properties for several years and I can rely on him to offer me an honest assessment of what needs done short-term and long-term. In the past he has replaced tiles, redone leading and other small work that has kept the building water-tight, until such a time as I had funds in place for more extensive work.
The firm has just finished a re-roof and chimney rebuild on a recently purchased commercial property and I am very happy with the work. The price was also good and considerably less than the QS had estimated in his schedule of work.
